My aim is to help you achieve your health goals by looking at the root of the issue. This applies to managing your chronic illness, working on your fertility, addressing perinatal imbalances, or tackling your mental health.
My approach is compassionate and trauma-informed. How you experience your symptoms and imbalances is more important to me than whether you have a diagnosis. I meet you where you are in your health journey. Together, we'll come up with a treatment plan that feels manageable for you.
I combine scientific knowledge with a holistic perspective to bring you well-rounded care. I have an educational background in Psychology, Natural Nutrition, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I’m here to work with you to discover a path toward healing. Sometimes, when we feel stuck in our situation, having someone assist us to navigate these challenges in a nonjudgmental, supportive space can open the door to self-reflection. This can help us understand how we’ve arrived at this point and envision a more fulfilling future. My role is to help you process painful memories and emotions, explore patterns you feel stuck in, and find new ways to navigate the challenges you face.
I hold an MA in Counselling and Spirituality and have completed specialized training in trauma, Brainspotting, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and suicide intervention. I work with individuals, couples, and families, using a blend of therapeutic modalities to provide holistic care tailored to your unique needs.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, heard, and valued. Together, we can explore the patterns, memories, and relational dynamics that are hindering your ability to heal and move forward. If you’re interested, I’d love to chat over the phone to see if we’re a good fit for each other. Please feel free to reach out.

Marie-Andrée de Sève, Occupational Therapist
As an occupational therapist, I’m uniquely skilled to look at the activities you do everyday and address any barriers or challenges to your optimal performance in these. We do this by co-creating plans and strategies to support your well-being. Instead of going into the past, we will look at what you are doing now, and assess how to make your goals attainable.
My practice is holistic, client centred and strength based. You can expect open, honest and real discussions around life’s challenges and how we can overcome them.
